MINOAN (3) Assumed control from the start to win by a margin of 4.5m last run at the track. Won't be far away during the run. Very competitive this campaign. One of the top hopes. PRESS (4) Couldn't maintain the pace when 7th last start at the track. Giving another go here. Ray Schnittker takes over today. Will be motoring home late. Can take this out. HIGHLANDSTARBURST (1) Only fair when 6th last run here but gets a favourable draw. Displays good finishing speed. Big danger. D'WOOD (6) Competed in a tight contest last run at this venue and on an upward trajectory in recent races. Should get going late. Looks value and a good place bet.
