CRESTA RUN (5) First up after 16 weeks and right up there first up last preparation at Scone. Shows good early pace. Good to see Nick Palmer is jumping on. No surprise to see a forward showing and one of the main hopes in this race. SPECK (1) Fresh after a 34 week spell. Ran a solid race on the speed before weakening to finish 2nd last run at Muswellbrook and will appreciate the drop in grade. Must respect. STRUFF (4) First up. Weakened under pressure when 11th last time at Gosford but competing in a lower grade. Jockey Aaron Bullock is an asset. Looks to be value.
